About Dragon Wagon
Kansas City’s first Vietnamese food truck began with a simple dream: share the flavors of Vietnam with the city, one gathering at a time.
Founded by Ling Vong and Jamie, Dragon Wagon grew from the family-kitchen aromas and recipes Ling grew up with. After years in finance, Ling took a leap toward food; now the wagon brings bánh mì, pho-inspired specials, rice and noodle bowls to markets, pop-ups, and events across KC.
Every bánh mì and bowl is made with the care of a family meal. We are proud to show up for Kansas City’s markets, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings. Menus rotate by event, so check the events page and Instagram for the latest.
